Refined oil: B2B BULK

One of Sigma Group's fields of activity is production and distribution of refined oil by weight.

The consumers of this product are major processing plants producing mayonnaise, sauces, margarines, and packaged oil. This product is manufactured at two plants of Sigma Group: Chishminsky oil extraction plant (Republic of Bashkortostan), Sigma vegetable oil plant (Chelyabinsk Region). The volume of refined oil produced at the Chishminskiy MPEZ usually reaches 13,000 tons per month. Refined oil is transferred to holding companies for further manufacture of packaged products, as well as to third-party customers. Among the company partners in this field are major mayonnaise manufacturers, including Essen Production (Makheev), Krasonyarsk Mayonnaise Plant, and Omsk Mayonnaise Plant. This product sees stable demand in the export market (Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, and Kazakhstan).

Another plant concerned with processing unrefined oil and manufacturing refined deodorized oil is Sigma vegetable oil plant. The products manufactured at this plant are used in production of packaged oil under Sigma Group brands.

The quality of products is monitored daily by the certified laboratories located on the plants' premises.

Finished products are shipped to consumers both by rail or by the company's oil trucks.
